A Few words about us

ILado Women Foundation is a young and dynamic NGO that was founded in December 2021 by Mr. Rajesh Kumar, an ex-Indian Air Force officer. He had a vision to empower women in Rajasthan, India, by providing them education, self-employment, health, and animal aid services. He registered the NGO under the Society Act and started working with a small team of volunteers and donors.

In October 2023, the NGO became a private company under the Companies Act with CIN U88900RJ2023NPL090501 and NITI Aayog registration number RJ/2023/0364653.

The NGO also formed an executive board of six members, led by Mrs. Rekha Yadav as the Chairman. The board oversees the management and governance of the NGO and its four main projects: Lado Ki Pathshala, Lado Mahila Swarojgar Kendra, Mission Aarogya Lado, and Bezubaan.

The NGO has grown rapidly in the past two years and has reached out to hundreds of women and animals in need. The NGO has also received recognition and support from various government and non-government agencies, media outlets, and social influencers. The NGO aims to expand its reach and impact in the coming years and make a positive difference in the lives of women and animals in Rajasthan.

The NGO is led by an executive board consisting of Mrs. Rekha Yadav (Chairman), Mrs. Manisha Verma (Vice Chairman), Mr. Birender Singh (Treasurer), Mr. Partap Singh (Secretary), Mrs Neetu Arora ,Vice -secreatry Mr. Mukesh Kumawat (NGO Coordinator), and Mrs. Sunita Kumari Mali (Women Welfare Officer). The NGO also has a team of dedicated staff and volunteers who work as relationship incharge, health advisor, SHG coordinator, teacher, and counsellor.

The NGO runs four main projects: Lado Ki Pathshala (a school for girls), Lado Mahila Swarojgar Kendra (a self-employment center for women), Mission Aarogya Lado (a health campaign for women and children), and Bezubaan (an animal aid project).
