THE ORGANIZATION AIM TO DEVELOP SUSTAINABLE SELF EMPLOYMENT METHODS AND ALSO HELP INCREASING THE ECONOMIC STATUS OF THE WOMEN VIA ENTERPRENEOURSHIP PROGRAMMES. Few words about us

ILado Women Foundation is a young and dynamic NGO that was founded in December 2021 by Mr. Rajesh Kumar, an ex-Indian Air Force officer. He had a vision to empower women in Rajasthan, India, by providing them education, self-employment, health, and animal aid services. He registered the NGO under the Society Act and started working with a small team of volunteers and donors.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar is the esteemed founder and CEO of the Lado Women Foundation NGO in Jaipur. His journey began after a distinguished tenure with the Indian Air Force, bringing a disciplined and strategic approach to social work. In December 2021, he laid the foundation's cornerstone in Jhunjhunu district, driven by a vision to empower and educate. Under his leadership, the NGO was officially registered under the Company Act 2013 in October 2023, with its head office established in the heart of Jaipur. Mr. Kumar's dedication and honesty are the bedrock of the foundation, complemented by his role as a hands-on project manager. His energetic and youthful mindset is an inspiration to many, reflecting in his commitment to personally oversee all projects. As a postgraduate in science, Mr. Kumar's academic prowess is further amplified as he pursues a Ph.D., a testament to his lifelong commitment to learning and development. His passion particularly shines through in initiatives focused on educating children in slum areas, embodying the foundation's mission to create a brighter future for the underprivileged. Mr. Kumar's holistic approach to leadership and community service makes him a paragon of integrity and innovation in the nonprofit sector.

Mrs Rekha Yadav

Mrs. Rekha Yadav serves as the distinguished chairperson of the Lado Women Foundation NGO, a role she has embraced since November 2023. She is a paragon of decorum, education, and decency, renowned for her decision-making prowess. With extensive experience in coordination and the education sector, Mrs. Yadav brings a wealth of knowledge to her leadership position. As a woman who has faced and overcome struggles, Mrs. Yadav's energetic approach infuses the NGO with dynamism. She spearheads the 'Lado Ki Pathshala' project, dedicated to the education of impoverished girls, ensuring that the light of learning reaches the corners of need. In managing the board and the organization, Mrs. Yadav applies her vast experience to navigate the NGO towards its goals effectively. Her tenure as chairperson is marked by her commitment to excellence and her unwavering dedication to empowering the next generation through education.

Mrs Manisha Verma

Mrs. Manisha Verma, the Vice Chairperson of the Lado Women Foundation, is an embodiment of education and dedication to social work. With her extensive background in the education sector, she brings a wealth of experience to her role. Known for her calmness and decisiveness, Mrs. Verma is well-regarded for her exemplary conduct and decency in public dealings. Her ability to manage the board and meetings on behalf of the chairperson showcases her talent and leadership skills. Currently involved with the 'Lado Ki Pathshala' project, she has been a supportive force in the NGO since its inauguration, contributing significantly to its mission and success.

Mr Birendra Singh

Senior Advisor

Mr. Birendra Singh is the revered senior advisor and treasurer of the NGO, bringing with him a legacy of 40 years of dedicated service in the Indian Air Force. His journey with the NGO commenced in December 2021, coinciding with its inception in Jhunjhunu. Mr. Singh's guidance has been instrumental in steering the NGO's direction and growth. A resident of Bharatpur, Mr. Singh's commitment to the NGO's cause is evident in his regular visits to the head office, where he offers invaluable advice in line with the organization's guidelines and the evolving social needs. His role as a senior guide and milestone figure within the NGO is deeply appreciated, as he continues to inspire and lead with his experience and wisdom.

Mrs. Anuradha Sharma

Mrs. Anuradha Sharma is a distinguished figure in the realm of social work and entrepreneurship. With a postgraduate degree in Political Science, she has seamlessly blended her academic prowess with her business acumen to make significant strides in both fields. As an entrepreneur, Mrs. Sharma embodies dedication, honesty, and vitality, qualities that have propelled her ventures to success. Her passion for social service is evident in her commitment to women's welfare. Joining the Lado Women Foundation NGO in November 2023 as a Project Manager, Mrs. Sharma's exceptional approach to public dealings and her adeptness at managing social activities quickly shone through. Her tireless dedication and innovative vision for working within the community have earned her the esteemed position of Secretary of the foundation as of March 2024. Mrs. Sharma's journey with the Lado Women Foundation NGO is marked by her unwavering energy and her strategic leadership, making her a beacon of inspiration for women entrepreneurs and social workers alike.

Mrs Neetu Arora

Treasurer

Mrs. Neetu Arora is the esteemed treasurer of the Lado Women Foundation NGO, a position she has held since March 2024. Hailing from a Punjabi family, Mrs. Arora epitomizes dedication, honesty, and simplicity. Her journey with the NGO began in September 2023 as a volunteer, where she generously contributed her time to teach underprivileged girls as part of the 'Lado Ki Pathshala' project. Recognizing her unwavering commitment and integrity, the NGO's director appointed her as the treasurer and an executive member of the board. In her role, Mrs. Arora is entrusted with the significant responsibility of signing and auditing all financial documents, ensuring the NGO's fiscal matters are managed with the utmost transparency and diligence. Beyond her financial acumen, Mrs. Arora is known for her calm demeanor and decisive nature, making her a pillar of strength within the organization. Her contributions extend beyond her official duties, as she is also a supportive figure for other women, embodying the spirit of empowerment that the Lado Women Foundation NGO stands for.

Mr Mukesh Kumawat

Deputy Secretary

Mr Mukesh Kumawat is a dedicated and talented youth social activist.he heils From jaipur and since 2022 he was holding the NGO coordinator post and now in March 2023 he was promoted to deputy secretary as his dedication towards oraganisation . He is well educated and sincere person .

Mrs Sunita Kumari Mali

Women Welfare Officer

Smt Sunita Kumari Mali heils from jhalawar district and connected with this ngo since last 2 years .She is well educated and experienced in women networking and many other projects of NGO . She is now working in jhalawar district as a coordinator officer of this lado women Foundation jaipur .

Mrs Mala Dubey

SHG Cordinator

Mrs mala Dubey is a part of our NGO as a SHG coordinator . She joined this fleet in Oct 2023 as member of NGO and she start SHG group in jaipur name as "शिव शक्ति सहायता समूह" and now she is working in SHG sector . Mrs Dubey is dedicated and honest women and highly experienced in women networking and connecting people .
